This week we were learning about the rowan tree and made things out of rowan berries. We had a story about the rowan tree coming from the Otherworld and being fiercely guarded because the rowan berries were so magical and could even give you eternal life.

Rowanberry jewellery

We made necklaces and bracelets and decorations from nature.

Nature noticing

We noticed lots of other things happening in nature too.

Sit Spot – quiet time in nature

And we had sit spots in our tree.
