1. Southside Sports

**Children should wear weather-appropriate clothing as sports will go ahead in light rain**

Who: Infants from 1-2:10pm, 1-6th Class from 2:10-4:10pm. Children 1st – 6th can sign up for either one or two hours.

Minimum number of children in each class is 12 but if we get lower numbers we will try our best to increase the class size. There is a possibility for Junior and Senior infants to stay for a second hour after Easter when the weather improves. Southside Sports will not use the school unless the weather is bad.
However to avoid cancellations we now have use of the school hall or a classroom where Lego and Ukulele class will run.

A class must be booked to reflect an interest. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

2. Hockey with Cara

Who: 1st – 6th class

When: Monday afternoon at St Joseph of Cluny School hockey pitch

Registration form is now available for DSP hockey 23/24. The cost this year is €242 from 4th September – 11th March. Please feel free to share this registration link. As always new players are welcome to come and try it out before committing. Sticks can be provided.

3. Drama with Kirana at DSP

Who: 1st – 6th class

When: Friday afternoons in the hall; two class time options available: 2pm – 3.10pm and 3.10pm – 4.10pm.  

This is a class which provides a space where children can express themselves openly, freely, creatively and imaginatively, in a friendly, kind, and respectful environment. Through this they build confidence, learn to work together, foster an attitude of inclusivity, and respect each other’s voices, opinions and ideas.

4. Arts and Crafts with Stella

Who: 1st – 6th class
When: 2:10 – 3:45, Tuesday and Thursday
Each week we will explore the process of making art through the medium of Painting, Collage, Print, Drawing and Clay. The focus is placed on the experience rather than in the finished product, enabling children to work at their own pace and ability. However those of you who have been enjoying my classes for many years now will have amazing samples of the fabulous work the children have created.
Many of the children are returning, but do enroll early as I can add you to the waiting list and keep you updated.

5. Sailing

Who: 2nd – 6th class
When: Starting Wednesday 30th August for 8 weeks
