Today Paula came into our school to do an internet safety talk. She talked about video game safety and stranger danger online.
She also talked about being careful of what you post online. Paula also mentioned cyberbullying and the consequences. She was very good and I felt like I could use the internet safely. She also said that when you post a video don’t be wearing a brand on your clothes like the Dublin crest cause people can search it up.

Cyber Safety Talk

We had a talk about cybersafety. We learnt about cyberbullying, staying safe online and the dangerous and safe apps. We learnt Roblox is dangerous for children and Minecraft is the best game to encourage creativity but Fortnite is in the middle.

We learnt you have to be 13 and have parental consent to have a social media account in Ireland adn 16 to have one without parental consent. If you have a device in your room, it can lead to secretly using it, which can cause sleep deprivation.
