We had a thoughtful, reflective assembly with 4th, 5th and 6th classes the morning. Children shared some of the lessons they enjoyed including drama, history, ethical education including special holidays in different religions. We heard about children teaching children, trips to a local park and jogging around the world – lap by lap in Sallyglen! Children were nominated by their teachers for being change makers – pushing their personal boundaries to be more engaged with groups, less attention seeking, more focussed on the task at hand, trying to cheer up others. Thanks to all who participated in the assembly. Below are pictures from last week.
